Saya Sudah, Anda Bila Lagi part 2?

 

       Salam sejahtera, macam nak baca berita lak kan.. huhu. Entri kali ini adalah sambungan dari entri terdahulu yang bertajuk "Saya Sudah, Anda Bila Lagi?". Kepada yang belum mengikuti entri terdahulu boleh pergi kat link di atas, klik jangan tak klik. Entri kali ini saya akan dedahkan beberapa info tentang fungsi baru yang ada dalam windows 7.

       Haha korang jangan terkejut kalau lepas ni harga Pendrive turun dengan mendadak. kat sini aku nak dedahkan sedikit cane korang bleh save duit, tak payah beli pendrive lagi. Mesti korang terfikir-fikir cane plak kalau nak simpan file yang besar-besar kan kalau tak payah beli Pendrive lagi. Ok kat sini " kepada yang dah follow saya tukar ke Windows 7 sahaja dapat benefit ni" korang bleh gunakan cd/dvd anda untuk gantikan Pendrive korang. Ala tipu jer mamat ni kan, tu bukan gantikan pendrive, hoho jangan banyak bunyi lak sebelum anda baca entri ni sepenuhnya. Tak caya kan ? Ok sekarang ni korang pegi beli cd atau dvd untuk buat testimoni yang aku cakap macam mana nak jadikan Pendrive kt cd atau dvd tuan hamba sekalian. Korang bleh guna sama macam Pendrive gak. ade fungsi copy paste file, delete file dalam cd tanpa merosakkan cd, tambah file dan sebagainya lah yang selama ini hanya mampu dilakukan dengan Pendrive korang yang harga beriban.. ^_^.

       Masukkan cd kosong yang belum berisi tau, sebab kalau yang korang pernah gunakan sebelum ni memang xbleh guna dah. Kalau tak bleh guna cane aku bleh cakap bleh berfungsi macam pendrive kan, tipu arh mamat ni. Sabar ye !! dah korang gunakan kat Windows kuno sebelum ni kenapa ? hehe. Selepas korang masukkan cd yang belum digunakan tadi, akan keluar dua option iaitu guna sebagai cd - yang ni memang hampeh la selepas add dah tak bleh guna balik ataupun hapus file dia. Fungsi kedua ialah guna sebagai usb Pendrive, bila korang tekan fungsi ni windows akan tanya adakah anda pasti. Tekan jer jangan tanpa segan silu, selepas tu bila dah siap korang boleh la mula menggunakan cd tadi sebagai fungsi usb.

       Masih ada lagi satu masalah bila korang nak gunakan, iaitu macam mana nak masukkan file ke dalam cd td supaya jadi macam usb. Korang dah cuba banyak kali copy dan paste file kat dalam cd tu tp tak jadi-jadi gak kan. Kaedah dia korang pegi dekat file mana yang korang nak masukkan then right click dengan erti kata lain ketik tetikus anda sebelah kanan, kalau tak tau gak korang ambik marker then tulis kat tetikus tu. ^_^. lepas tu korang tekan send to, dah kata macam Pendrive kan. then file yang korang masukkan tadi siap korang kena lakukan satu step lg iaitu macam mana nak sediakan cd tu supaya boleh digunakan di komputer lain. Klik kanan dekat cd rom tu then eject, selepas tu Windows 7 akan secara automatik melakukan langkah yang diperlukan supaya cd tu boleh diakses dekat komputer lain.

       Cara nak delete atau hapus tu aku rasa korang dah biasa buat hari-hari kan. so aku rasa aku tak perlu nak bagi  penerangan yang panjang lebar pasal delete atau hapus ni. korang cuma perlu masukkan balik cd tadi then klik jer kat file memana korang nak delete atau hapus, selepas tu klik jer delete. setel masalah dunia Pendrive.. Selamat mencuba..

Matikan fungsi recent dokumen xp

       Apabila korang guna atau buka sesuatu file, maklumat file yang dibuka tadi akan disimpan di dalam My Recents Documents yang boleh didapati di Start menu. Kepada sesiapa yang menginginkan privasi, fungsi My Recents Documents ini boleh dimatikan.



Ikuti langkah berikut:



Right-Click pada jam dan pilih Properties.

Pilih tab Start Menu seterusnya pilih Customize.





Pilih tab Advance dan hilangkan tanda klik pada list my most recently opened documents.





Tekan ok.



Then korang tekan clear recent files.



Siap.. file yang korang buka tadi dan yang sebelumnya tidak lagi disimpan di dalam My Recent Documents.

Limewire - LimeWire is a free peer-to-peer file sharing (P2P) client for the Java platform, which uses the Gnutella network to locate files as well as share files. It also encourages the user to pay a fee, which will then give the user access to LimeWire PRO. Recently LimeWire opened its own store.



FrostWire - FrostWire is a peer-to-peer file sharing program for the Gnutella and BitTorrent protocols. FrostWire is written in Java, and is a fork of LimeWire, another popular Gnutella client. Released under the GNU General Public License, FrostWire is free software.







Part 2. FrostWire VS Limewire, Which is better



1.The Difference of FrostWire And Limewire - Function Comparison

kongtechnology has run a detailed test to see which one is far more superior to the other. the tests consists of loadtime, looks, search results, download speed and other extra features.. But, enough talking. Let’s see the specific procedure of the tests.



Loadtime

In the first test, I tested to see how long each program takes to load. Frostwire started off strong with a load time of 5 seconds. So what about Limewire? Limewire took an extra second to load, meaning that Frostwire was slightly faster than Limewire.

It’s no beauty contest, they’re both the same. None of them look that different from the other. They both have the same tabs (well, Limewire has more tabs than Frostwire), and has that same basic structure. The only difference between the two is the color scheme. Frostwire’s color scheme uses blue and white, while Limewire uses green and white. Really, there’s no clear cut competition in terms of looks.



Search Results

One of our test was the search engine test. One method I did to see which one was better was test their search results. Since Limewire and Frostwire all contain pirated stuff, we instead used “kittens” for our search. When I typed “kittens” for an image search for Frostwire (btw, I was looking for kittens the animal, and people had all of these crazy “kitten” images), it showed the search result a lot faster than Limewire. Although Limewire’s search speed was slower than Frostwire, it had a lot more search results than Frostwire. By searching “kittens”, it showed 44 search results for “kittens”, while Frostwire showed 26. In the end, despite Limewire’s turtle search results, it clearly beats Frostwire in terms of the number of search results.





Download Speed

My last test was the download speed test. I tested the download speed of both contenders by downloading an episode of my favorite web series “Arby n Chief”. To keep it fair, I downloaded the same video for both Frostwire and Limewire. When I clicked the download link for both bit torrent downloaders, Frostwire savagely beat Limewire’s download time by 25 seconds (Frostwire downloaded the file in 15 seconds flat!)! Words could not describe how shocked I was when this outcome resulted. Clearly Frostwire had a faster download time than Limewire.



Extra Features

                               



The only extra feature Frostwire has that Limewire doesn’t is the community chat feature (e.g. chatroom). Everything else is identical.

Part 3. The Brief summary: FrostWire or Limewire, Which is better



In my opinion Frostwire is probably the better bit torrent downloader compared to Limewire.





As with LimeWire, FrostWire is written in Java, and therefore is capable of supporting multiple platforms. While LimeWire is available in both free and paid versions, Frostwire, similar to LimeWire Pro, connects to 5 ultrapeers. The Non-pro version of LimeWire only connects to 3. This means that both Limewire Pro and Frostwire have potentially faster download speeds and broader search results.



FrostWire is released only as a free version. The FrostWire program includes all of the functionalities of LimeWire’s free version, as well as a few features of LimeWire Pro’s payment based upgrades. FrostWire also provides a chatroom, which is absent in LimeWire. FrostWire’s interface is nearly identical to that of LimeWire’s, since it is based on the same code base. However, the color scheme is slightly different. As in LimeWire, FrostWire’s skin may be changed to a variety of different colors and shapes.





Despite the fact that Frostwire does not have a larger number of search results and looks almost identical to Limewire, its download speed, chat room feature and load time is the number reason why you should go with this bit-torrent downloader.

        Sedikit reviews pasal os terbaru keluaran Microsoft yang xasing lagi dan memang cun melecun ( tahap cimpanzi ) iaitu Windows 7. Maybe ramai yang dah try os ni dan termasuklah aku yang dah pakai os ni selama 3 bulan lebih lebih.. Bernama melaporkan ramai yang dihantar ke rumah sakit jiwa kerana tergila-gilakan os terbaru ni, antara sebabnya ialah interface dia yang memang smooth dan menarik, ade fungsi aero shack bkn aero dinamik tau. Goncang sebelum guna, haha mcm ubat lak bunyinya kan. Apabila korg goncang window akan auto minimize application lain selain dr application yg korg goncang tu. Ade fungsi windows aero yang terbaru bila korg tekan butang windows+tab, sebenarnya windows aero ni kt Vista pon dah ade, function yang tiada ialah fungsi cube. Kalau korang pernah guna linux ataupun mac os korg akan merindukan fungsi tu bila beralih kepada windows.. tatau bila windows ni nak apply compiz fusion dalam linux ke dalam window, tapi kalau korang nak guna gak fungsi box tu korang bleh gunakan cube dari third party software yang berlambak-lambak kat luar tu. tapi aku xrekemenkan sangat sebab benda ni menyebabkan pc ataupun lappy korang akan jadi berat sebab banyak gunakan resource tuk gadget tu.

       Microsoft menerapkan Copy Engine yang baru dan lebih pantas berbanding dgn os keluaran Microsoft yang terdahulu.. yang ni mmg best sbb bagi kaki-kaki movie macam aku bukan kaki wayang la sebab xpnh masuk panggung wayang pun. So nak copy movie dr dvd ke dalam hard disk mmg laju, kejap jer dah siap file yang besar. Ape bezanya 32 bit dengan 64 bit ? Mungkin ada yang tertanya-tanya kenapa Microsoft sentiasa keluarkan dua version ni.. yang aku tau 64 bit ni lagi bagus untuk handling RAM besar berbanding version 32 bit.. version 64 bit memang dibina untuk handling RAM yang besar, driver hardware dia pun berlainan dari version 32 bit. Apa-apa application yang korang pernah install kat version 32 bit tidak boleh digunakan dalam version 64 bit, so kalau korang guna version 32 bit sebelum ni then tetiba nak beralih ke version 64 bit disebabkan ada duit lebih sket upgrade RAM korang kena install balik software tu.

       Bagi kaki gamers lak, Windows 7 ni memang support banyak jenis games so korang xpayah risau nak fikir adakah games yang korg minat tu bleh main kat Windows 7 ni ker tak, kalau xbleh hurm malas la aku nak tukar. Jangan risau Windows 7 support semua jenis games setakat yang aku tau la, tp bagi online gamers korang kena gunakan version 64 bit disebabkan ada konflik dengan GameGuard. Setakat hari ini GameGuard hanya support Windows 7 versi 64 bit sahaja, mengikut pembangun perisian GameGuard company depa hanya support versi 64 bit ( dia ckp omputih la, aku buat terjemahan jer ni ). Ada banyak lagi yang aku nak tulis kat sini tapi rasanya sampai sini jer dulu reviews pasal Windows 7 ni, nanti aku sambung lagi di entri akan datang.. Kalau habiskan kat sini kang xde entri lak pasni.. huhu ^_^
